Dr. Lana Adeleye-Olusae, CMC, CHRP, MBA
Lana is a certified management consultant, human resource professional,
researcher and coach skilled in offering employee and organizational development
strategy solutions in support of business goals’ achievement. He brings a wealth
of experience in developing and implementing strategic directions for business
units, start-ups and projects in various industry sectors to bear on his
assignments.
He is skilled in working collaboratively with clients to improve and transform
existing processes. He understands and speaks the language of various business
professionals based on his experience in agriculture, financial management,
accounting, business planning, project management and non-profit organizations.
Lana earned a D. Min. (Leadership Coaching), an M.B.A. (Financial Management &
Accounting), a Bachelor of Agriculture (Agricultural Economics) Honours and a
Post-Graduate Diploma in Education.
He holds professional designations of Certified Management Consultant (CMC),
Human Capital Strategist (HCS), Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and
BarOn Certified Emotional Intelligence Instrument User. He is a member of
Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Manitoba and Human Resource
Management Association of Manitoba.

Moni is a highly qualified certified veteran teacher with advanced certificate
in Maryland, United States.
Moni is a dedicated, resourceful and goal –driven professional educated with a
solid commitment to the social and academic growth and development of every
student. She is an accommodating and versatile individual with the talent to
develop inspiring hands on lessons that will capture a child’s imagination and
breed success. She has the aptitude to remain flexible, ensuring that every
child’s learning styles and abilities are addressed. She collaborates with other
teachers at the grade level and researches various teaching methods to keep
abreast teaching methodologies and gather information about students with
special needs.
She instructs using the county’s approved curriculum. With her wealth of
experience, she designs and develops programs to meet academic, intellectual and
social needs of students. She also assesses students’ performance using
anecdotal records, students – teacher conferencing, peer evaluation, checklists
and student portfolios. She has superior interpersonal and communication skills
that foster meaningful relationships with students, staff and parents.

Tope is a seasoned Information Technology expert and a Microsoft certified
technology specialist. With over 10 years experience in software development,
Tope brings wealth of experience in developing, implementing and maintaining
software, web-based applications and telecommunication solutions.
Tope earned a B.Tech (Mathematics & Computer Science); he is a Microsoft
Certified Professional and a Microsoft Certified Application Developer. Tope is
one of the first few to achieve the Microsoft Technology Specialist designation
which displays his in depth skills and experience with high class database
system.
