You can sign on to our People Management Service either as a starting point to
determine what areas you may need further assistance, or as an addition to an
established relationship with Surefooting. You will find our People Management
Service to be more cost effective than employing an in-house HR staff. Based on
a customized annual fee, our People Management Service offers you unlimited
access to ask any people management issue or employee-related question by
telephone or e-mail.
Surefooting will respond to all inquiries
within 24 hours via telephone, email or one-on-one meeting. If research is
needed, you will be provided with an estimate of how much time is needed to
respond. If your need requires extensive research, diagnostic and/or consulting
service in form of a project, an additional fee will be agreed with you before
we proceed.
